Automatic vertical band saw with the ability to miter from 60° left to 60° right.

A heavy duty vertical saw, the V-25APC efficiently cuts both solid and structural material and is extremely versatile for many different types of sawing applications.

Featuring a large 30″H x 25″W capacity, 10 HP motor, and 1 1/2″ blade, the V-25APC is a reliable choice for all your automated vertical metal cutting applications.

Automatic, Hydraulic Powered Mitering

The Motor and Gear box are bolted together. This results in better transfer of power between the two moving parts. Other benefits include lower maintenance costs, better torque, and less vibration resulting in better blade life.

6 Degree Fixed Canted Head

From the left hand side (right side is optional) the 5’ bar feed provides support for the heavy material being fed into the saw. A 10’ bar feed is optional, and can provide faster cycle times and accuracy on long automatic indexes.

5’ Bar Feed

Up to 60” or 120” optional in a single stroke. The shuttle design features a retracting datum vise and lifting shuttle design that will lift material up off table and away from the datum reducing the chance of snagging material banding during automatic operation.
